International Turkish Language, Culture and Arts Congress (TULCAS 2026) Exhibition
The International Juried Group Art Exhibition, to be organized within the scope of TULCAS 2026, aims to bring together academics, artists, researchers and graduate students working in the fields of art and design on a common artistic platform.
The International Juried Group Art Exhibition, to be organized within the scope of the International Turkish Language, Culture and Arts Congress (TULCAS 2026), aims to bring together academics, artists, researchers and graduate students working in the fields of art and design on a common artistic platform.
The main theme of the congress and exhibition has been determined as “Cultural Continuity and the Digital Future in the Turkic World.”
The exhibition aims to make interdisciplinary approaches to Turkish language, culture and art visible, support contemporary artistic production, and promote the continuity of national and international academic-artistic interaction.
Artworks accepted within the scope of the congress will be presented in the physical exhibition as well as in the online gallery and digital catalogue.
Applications may be submitted with original artworks produced in the following disciplines.
Note: AI-assisted artworks will be evaluated within the framework of ethical rules determined by the Organizing Committee.
The participant accepts, declares and undertakes that the artwork submitted for exhibition belongs to them and that all necessary permissions have been obtained. Any violation of this condition will be considered a breach of the rules and the application will be rejected.
If a violation of the above condition is identified, a retrospective decision may also be made and the participant may be excluded from the evaluation process.
Applications will be evaluated by the Selection Committee, and only participants whose artworks are accepted will be notified.
All responsibilities regarding copyright, permissions and similar matters relating to any objects and/or persons appearing in the submitted artwork belong to the applicant. The Exhibition Organizing Committee and Selection Committee accept no legal responsibility regarding the content of submitted artworks.
Submitting an artwork that does not belong to the participant for evaluation will be considered a violation of the rules. In such cases, all responsibility belongs to the participant. The Exhibition Organizing Committee and Selection Committee members accept no legal responsibility.
The right and authorization to exhibit and publicly present accepted artworks for non-commercial purposes will be transferred to the Exhibition Organizing Committee. Artworks deemed suitable for exhibition by the Selection Committee will be entitled to be published on the official exhibition page.
Applicants will be deemed to have fully and unconditionally accepted all of the conditions stated above.
Participants whose artworks are accepted and exhibited will receive a certificate of participation, and their artworks will be published in the digital exhibition catalogue.
To submit an artwork to the TULCAS 2026 International Juried Group Art Exhibition, please use the Submission page. The artwork submission process consists of the following two steps.

| 2 | Select your artwork image from the Upload Artwork field and upload it to the system. |
Please make sure that your artwork is prepared in JPEG format, at 300 dpi resolution, with a minimum long edge of 5000 px and in RGB color mode. The artwork must not contain the artist's name, signature or logo.
